A great business Idea is nothing, as long as you lack great people in your company. Marketing is just the cover, Sales is the engine of that vehicle. IT-Infrastracture is the fuel. You can´t get the results you need, if you don´t spent time=money on marketing, in order to understand how Sales can happen. Skills + Patience is the key in Digital Marketing, Storytelling is the key in Sales. IT Infrastracture (Business Processes & Database management) is the main key for everything nowadays.
